• Vendor Rules & Things to know:

    - Booth spaces are assigned by TCYS and cannot be reserved.
    - The Travis County Expo Center barn is not climate controlled. The ground surface is asphalt. The barn is covered but only has partial sides. Heaters and/or fans are acceptable. You must provide your own extension
    cords, tables, chairs, extra lighting, if necessary (the barn can be somewhat dark in certain areas), and any/all equipment necessary for set up and operation of your own booth.
    - Set up may begin Wednesday, January 14th from 4pm-8pm (no security) or Thursday, January 15 from 7am-12pm. (People, animals, trucks/trailers have the right of way to unload & move animals).
    - Tear down is Saturday, January 17 at 8pm or Sunday, January 14, at 7am. More info will be provided to registered vendors.
    - Security will only be present Thursday through Saturday.
