Section 5: Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a $25 fee.
- It’s Peachy Clean reserves the right to cancel/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, etc.)
Section 6: Liability & Damage Disclaimer
- It’s Peachy Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects in the property.
- Client agrees to remove or secure fragile items prior to cleaning.
- Any damage caused by negligence or unsafe conditions will be reported immediately.
- Client acknowledges understanding of potential risks for Post-Construction sites (dust, nails, adhesives, paint).
Section 7: Access to Property Agreement
- Client confirms that access to the property will be provided via:
  Keys
  Lockbox code
  On-site realtor / contractor
- Client agrees to notify It’s Peachy Clean of any restricted areas or special instructions.
- It’s Peachy Clean will not be held responsible for damage or loss due to access limitations.
