Welcome to America Royal Reign Pageants. We are honored to have you join our first state pageant! We want our winners to have many memories long after our contest ends—memories they will cherish forever. All contestants wI'll leave with a custom crown, banner, and prize! This is not a contracted pageant, although we would love for our royalty to participate in community events and parades.
Hosting of Our Pageant
Our pageant will be held at The South Beauregard Recreation Center

Registration and Deposit
You must register for this pageant no later than December 15, 2025. If you are not registered, you will not be allowed to compete. You may pay in full at the time of registration or a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Your total balance must be received by January 1st. You can cashapp your deposits/entry fees to $NoraTamez if needed, payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo, or money order. No checks will be accepted, and the balance is due by January 1st unless otherwise arranged with the director. There will be no refunds or transfers. The director reserves the right to combine or pull divisions based on numbers.
Admission
Door admission will be $8.00. Everyone except the contestant pays door admission into the pageant. This helps pay for staff and our judges for their time.
Responsibility
The South Beauregard Recreation Center, America Royal Reign Pageants, its directors or staff, nor Nora Tamez will be held responsible for lost articles or personal property and are not responsible for accidents or the personal care of the contestants. The official Chaperone will have full responsibility for the contestant in his/her care. America Royal Reign Pageants, The South Beauregard Recreation Center, or its affiliates will NOT be held responsible for contestants, guests, or their property.
Conduct
The conduct of the contestant, parent, relatives or anyone involved in the ARR state Pageant is one of the most important things to consider for adults as well as children, everyone should use good grooming, manners, listening to, and acknowledging instructions and above all showing good sportsmanship at all times during the pageant. Anyone, parent, guardian, contestant, guest, etc. who at any time before and during the Pageant, or after the pageant shows unladylike or bad sportsmanship will be dismissed from the pageant and will be eligible for immediate forfeiture of all awards such as Crown, Trophies, Title, Banners, etc. of the responsible contestant and will be asked to vacate the premises without refund. There is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere in the building; people who violate this will be asked to leave without a refund. We expect everyone to clean up after themselves if a mess is made. If there is a problem that needs to be addressed, please bring it to the attention of the director or staff.
What is expected of Winners?
Winners of the ARR state Pageant are to conduct themselves with the dignity of the title they hold. Winners are encouraged to enter as many parades, talent shows, etc., as possible in your area and surrounding areas. You are expected to attend all events for special guest appearances through the State that you are asked to attend.
Age Divisions:
Age division is the age day of the pageant.
Divisions:
0-6 Months, 7-11 Months, 12-23 months,2 years, 3 years, 4-5 years, 6-8 years, 9-11 years, 12-14 years, 15-17 years, 18-23 years, 21-35 years, 35 and up.
***Boy Divisions:
0-3 years, 4-9 years, 10-15 years, 16 and up.
Beauty Wear
Beauty wear for ages 8 years and under will be the mother’s choice of Sunday’s best dress or knee length semi-glitz dress. Contestants will be judged accordingly. She's 9 years and up should wear a formal that is age-appropriate and floor length. We will have a Facebook event page/group with posted examples. If you have any questions, please reach out for clarification before the pageant. We are looking for a beautiful face and not the most expensive wardrobe. We encourage age-appropriate makeup due to stage lighting but please use it in good taste. Remember the judges will not be looking for an adult in a child’s body. At no time is anyone allowed to talk with a judge. If this is done your child will not be allowed to compete and will forfeit all entry fees and awards. If you need help with your wardrobe, please feel free to call me. That is what I am here for.
OOC
This is mother's choice for natural or semi-glitz outfit of choice. Have fun with it! Mardi Gras theme! Contestants judged accordingly.
Divisional Queen
There will be one Divisional Queen from each age group. These are the contestants that have the highest scores in their age group and did not pull for a supreme title. Winners will receive a beautiful 8" custom Crown, a custom banmer, an age-appropriate gift.
Divisional Princess
All contestants will that do not win another title will be awarded a divisional princess title. They will receive a 6" custom crown, banner, and prize.
Age Breakdowns and Supremes
age breakdowns 0-5 years, 6-14 years, 15 and up. Boys all compete against each other for mini and grand supreme.
Mini Grand Supreme
2nd highest combined score out of each breakdown. Wins 10" custom crown, banner, and prize.
Grand Supreme
Highest combined score in each breakdown, winner receives 12" custom crown, banner, and prize.
Optional Competitions and Supremes
Mask Decorating Contest
1 mask will be chosen and winner receives a trophy.
Float Decorating Contest
1 float will be chosen and winner receives a trophy.
Photogenic Supreme
Highest Photogenic score out of entire pageant. Winner receives a 10" custom crown, banner, and prize. Will also represent on advertisements for the year. Double Crowned.
Beauty Mini Supreme and Grand Supreme
Beauty Mini is 2nd highest beauty wear score out of pageant and receives 10" custom crown, banner, prize. Beauty Grand is highest score out of pageant and receives 12" custom crown, banner and prize.
OOC Mini and Grand Supreme
OOC Mini is the 2nd highest OOC score out of pageant and wins 10" custom crown, banner and prize. OOC Grand is highest score of pageant and wins 12" custom crown, banner, and prize.
Cover Girl/Boy Model
Two winners (0-10, 11 and up) Wins 10" custom crown, banner, prize, photoshot, and will represent as our model for the entire year for all advertisements. Competition is sportswear walk with provided state shirt and your choice of bottoms. Double crowned.
Mega Grand Supreme
2nd highest combined score out of the entire pageant. Wins 12" custom crown, banner, prize, and $150.
Ultimate Grand Supreme
Highest combined score out of entire pageant. Wins 12" custom crown, banner, prize, and cash prize (split the pot).
Other Awards
Ambassador Queen
must sale $500 minimum in raffle tickets, pays entire entry for every event for the pageant. Winner receives gorgeous 10" crown and banner. Raffle tickets will be in a drawing for a prize worth over $100. A deposit of $100 must be paid to enter and the rest of the monies are due by Jan 1st. Must notify director if doing ticket sales.
People's Choice
Peoples's Choice will be done on Facebook and will end at 10:59 am the morning of the pageant. Follow our event page for more details to enter.
Side Awards
Most Beautiful, Best Fashion, Prettiest Eyes, and Prettiest Hair will all receive a certificate.

We have a large dressing room and smaller one for boys. No men or boys over the age of 5 years old allowed in ladies dressing rooms.
Concession Stand Information (NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED)
We will have a huge concession stand with a lot of great options like burgers, fries, pulled pork, ect. Follow the event page for more details.
*****SCORE SHEETS INFORMATION*****
Score sheets will be posted at the end of the pageants, once crowning has been completed. No one is to harass the judges about their scores. You may ask judges for improvements or advice. All judges’ decisions are final.
