2025-2026 OUTREACH MEET FEE REIMBURSEMENT
Outreach members are eligible for reimbursement for meet fees of 2 non-championship meets in short course season and 2 non-championship meets in long course season.
Reimbursement requirements:
1. Meet fee reimbursement is available only for meets hosted by a WYSI team.
2. Athletes must be in good standing to receive reimbursements.
3. Reimbursements will be available until funding has been dispersed.
4. Application for reimbursement are due within 30 days of the meet completion.
5. Reimbursements are not for relay-only swims or time trials.
6. Applications for reimbursement shall include a copy of the athlete’s qualifying documents for Outreach Membership.
7. Applications for reimbursement will be approved by the LSC registrar.
8. Reimbursement is only available for events in which the Outreach members competed.
To qualify for Outreach Membership, the athlete or athlete’s family, must meet the eligibility requirements for ONE of the following programs:
1. LIEAP: Low Income Energy Assistance Program
2. Medicaid
3. Kids Care CHIP
4. Free and Reduced federal lunch program
5. Foster care program
6. Special circumstances (approved on a case by case basis by the Diversity, Equity, and
Inclusion Committee).
