    • Lender Subsidies & Funding of Responsive Tech Add-on's  

      The lender may pay upto 100% of the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of the Responsive Technology Add-Ons, depending on the Loan Level Selected. The higher the level, the greater the subsidy.

    • Performance Guarantee – Based upon the selected Responsive Add-On Technologies, a target of savings and tax and carbon credits will be provided. If the actual result is less than the target, the lender will pay a penalty equal to the difference. If the actual is greater than the target, the lender will receive a bonus, up to 10% of the savings overage.
