2025 Doggie Trunk or Treat Vendor Registration Form

Join Animal Rescue, Inc. for our 3rd Annual Doggie Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 19, 2025 from 12PM to 3PM at the Marge Goodfellow Park (1 Playground Alley, New Freedom, PA). 

Attendees will take their pups around the park to trunk or treat with -- you -- our favorite local vendors! 

We will also have costume contests, a basket raffle, Fall photo booth, pawprint art, games, good and more.

One car space is $20. Vendors are welcome to set up a single table in front of their car with items for purchase. If you'd like to purchase a second car space for a 10x10 tent, the cost is $30.

We ask that vendors please decorate their vehicles. This could be in theme with your business/organization or something totally fun and different! Feel free to be cost effective in your decorating. Please, no animatronics or things that may jump or make loud noises that would scare the dogs. Please arrive at the park between 10:30AM and 11AM to set up your booth.

Please be prepared to hand out treats to the dogs. This is a great time to advertise your business. Attach your business card with a piece of ribbon to a treat or treat bag! Please hand out dog treats only. No people food. We will contact you closer to the event with expected attendance.

Please do not host any raffles, auctions or games of chance that day for a profit. One business or organization per spot, please. Invited non-profit organizations may have a donation jar at their spot. No smoking at the event.

Release of Liability Waiver

By electronically signing this form, I understand and agree that Animal Rescue, Inc., its employees and its volunteers are not responsible for any injury, damage or harm that may come to me or anyone in my party, my pets or my material possessions at the Doggie Trunk or Treat on October 20, 2024 at Marge Goodfellow Park in New Freedom, PA.

I understand that it is recommended but not required that I carry insurance for my business/non-profit organization at this event.

I further understand and agree that Animal Rescue, Inc., its employees and its volunteers are not responsible for determining fault or liability in any disagreement or event between my party and another party.
