I'm Heather Ferrante and am super excited you are considering joining us for the Spring International Esther Experience! This is our second international trip to Italy. The last one was so great we decided to do it again. 

The Experience will be taking place next April 29-May 9, 2026 in the beautiful country of Italy.  Italy has become a nation very dear to my heart and I can't wait to share it with you ladies. 

What can you expect? 

Trip Dates: April 29-May 9th.   

Accomodations: 4 & 5-Star Hotels and Villa 

Venice 2 Nights
Florence 1 night
Tuscany 3 nights
Amalfi Coast 4 nights

Currently we have 3 shared spots and one single room left. 

Roundtrip Airfare to and from Italy to your home airport is not included in the price of the trip. You will need to fly into Venice, Marco Polo Airport and fly back home from the Naples Airport. As those are the regions we will be in upon arrival and departure.

Pricing Information

Thanks for taking an interest in the upcoming Spring Italy Esther Experience. I'm sure if you've gotten this far into the application you are wondering how much this experience will be? 

This investment covers the following:

10 Night trip in Italy-

• Your stay in a shared or private bedroom at 4 & 5- star hotels, and a luxury Villa in Tuscany for a total of 10 nights
• Breakfast & Dinners
• Group Transfers and trains,needed to travel within Italy.
• Admission fees to one group experience in each of the following regions: Venice, Florence, The Amalfi Coast, and a group cooking class.

Additional costs NOT included: 

• Your airfare into Italy and back.
• Personal Money for shopping and coffees & snacks out
• Lunches will be on your own 
• Trip Insurance around $100 
• Additional Tours that you choose in your free time. 

This will not be a “meeting” heavy trip. We will have a few group times together but it will mostly be a girls getaway with women who love Jesus & want to have an amazing time together exploring the beautiful country of Italy.

Non-refundable retainer of $500 will hold your spot. Payments can be made up until April 1st, 2026. But we will have payment deadlines along the way.

There will be luggage limits as we will be moving around and traveling on trains etc.

We will be walking 15 k-20,000 steps daily and there will be many hills.  If that is not something you are able to do this trip may not be the right fit for you. 

 Cost of Investment: 

SHARED ROOM: $7800 ($6643 Euros) per person only 3 spaces left

PRIVATE ROOM: $11,800 ($10,050 Euros) per person--only one space left! 

The current exchange rate is reflected in the cost of the trip. Unfortunately, US dollars are not worth as much in Europe.   

To secure your spot for this Experience, a $500 non refundable retainer deposit is required. Spots will be held on a first come first serve basis. And there are limited spaces available. 

All reservations minus the deposit are refundable until January. 15th. After Feb 1st all reservations are non-refundable  Trip must be paid in full by April 1, 2026.
