    82ALLNIGHT is a Bay Area based collective and non-profit working together to host Korean Cultural events. 82's mission is to uplift, inspire, and celebrate K-Pop through community-driven events, highlighting local businesses, performers, artists, and fans.   • Eligibility & Guidelines

    • Vendors and participating staff must be 18+ years old.
    • All products and services must align with the family-friendly standards of our day events
    • For night time events (21+), vendors have more flexibility in their products and services, though professionalism and respect for attendees are still required.
    • Vendors are responsible for their own *permits, licensing, and insurance (*only if required and will be explicitly stated in email  for event offers from partnered event hosts).
    • Vendors are expected  provide their own tables, chairs, display setup, and other necessities unless otherwise noted via email for the specific event opportunity.
    • Setup and teardown times will be communicated prior to the event.
    • Vendors must be punctual and follow all venue guidelines.
    • Booth sharing is not permitted without prior approval. If we did not explicitly state that it will be a shared consignment, we cannot allow it.
    • Vendor fees vary by event and will always be shared in advance.
      • In the spirit of transparency and community, any fees collected are used to cover event expenses
      • Any additional funds are reinvested to support future 82ALLNIGHT events and maintaining community spaces

  • What Vendors Receive

    • A reserved vendor space at an 82ALLNIGHT community event OR partnering affliate event hosted by a collaborative organizer.
    • Free admission to the event for up to 4 additional vendor staff members.
    • Event promotion across 82ALLNIGHT’s social media, emailer, website, sponsors, and collaborator's channel for promotions.
    • Opportunities for community networking with other community organizations and hosts, brand exposure, and opportunity to sell a product and/or service at specified event.
