Event Registration
EVENT INFORMATION
Date: Friday, October 24th
- Set up will start at 5:00pm
- Event will last from 6:00pm until 8:00pm
- There will be several prizes to be given away the night of the event. Categories for prizes are subject to change, but may include: Best Overall Trunk, Best Theme, Fire Company Choice, Best Game. A number will be assigned to your vehicle the night of the event for voting.
By registering below, you agree to the following rules:
1. All vehicles must be in place by 5:50pm
2. No vehicles shall be allowed to move from the asphalt event area until after 8pm
3. All vehicles shall be decorated appropriately for elementary aged children
4. No open flames
5. No generator usage
6. All vehicle participants will provide their own candy and/or child appropriate giveaways
7. Barring extreme severe weather, the event will be rain or shine. Any decision for cancellation or postponement will be announced by 4pm the day of the event
8. Decisions made by Fire Company Representatives on decorations, candy/giveaways, and all other aspects of the event will be final
