Date: Friday, October 24th
- Set up will start at 5:00pm
- Event will last from 6:00pm until 8:00pm
- There will be several prizes to be given away the night of the event. Categories for prizes are subject to change, but may include: Best Overall Trunk, Best Theme, Fire Company Choice, Best Game. A number will be assigned to your vehicle the night of the event for voting.
By registering below, you agree to the following rules:
- All vehicles must be in place by 5:50pm
- No vehicles shall be allowed to move from the asphalt event area until after 8pm
- All vehicles shall be decorated appropriately for elementary aged children
- No open flames
- No generator usage
- All vehicle participants will provide their own candy and/or child appropriate giveaways
- Barring extreme severe weather, the event will be rain or shine. Any decision for cancellation or postponement will be announced by 4pm the day of the event
- Decisions made by Fire Company Representatives on decorations, candy/giveaways, and all other aspects of the event will be final
