• Payment 5 - $500 = FINAL PAYMENT Due March 31, 2026

If you cannot meet this payment schedule, please reach out to Sam to discuss different payment options. Payments can be made online or by sending a check. 

Payment in full can be made at any time. These funds will cover all of your expenses in country - including food, bottled water, lodging, security, communications, activities/tours, and transportation in country. You will only need additional funds for souvenirs, appreciations/special gifts, and any additional drinks/snacks. This price DOES NOT include airfare.

Trip participants are expected to help with fundraising for the humanitarian projects we will be working on during the trip, and will be shown how to use the organizations fundraising tools.

Tentative Window for Trip Dates: April 17-May 4 (Trip dates will be confirmed by November 30, 2025). Application is required to participate, but does not mean you are locked into the trip.

NOTE: If your passport expires within 6-months of the end of the trip, you will need to renew your passport BEFORE traveling, so please allow for the appropriate amount of time for processing. A copy of your passport must be received 60 days prior to travel in order to allow time for processing the Visas to enter Kenya.

If you have any other physical limitations or conditions the team leaders should be aware of please list them below. It is important to be honest in this section to prevent any issues during travel. Physical limitations will not necessarily keep you from traveling, but knowing about them ahead of time will allow the team leaders to curate an experience that all trip guests can enjoy.

Trip costs are based on current prices and exchange rates which are subject to change. Dates, travel arrangements, and schedules are subject to change, and if any such changes occur, trip guests will be notified as needed. 

In the event of political unrest or natural disaster, Team Leaders may decide to cancel or postpone the trip. Application fees and contributions to the team’s fundraising on traveler’s behalf are non-refundable. These funds will be used to purchase aid supplies in Kenya. Any monies paid in for the traveler's trip costs will be held in the organizations savings account for future travel, a full accounting will be provided at the time of postponement. 

In the event a participant must cancel their trip, a refund will be issued as follows, LESS any non-refundable travel expenses:

More than 120 days prior to travel – 75% of trip costs paid can be refunded

Between 119-90 days prior to travel – 40% of trip costs paid can be refunded

Less than 89 days prior to travel – all trip costs paid become non-refundable.

All travelers will be covered under a group travel insurance policy as part of the trip costs. Team members and Team Leaders understand they are traveling at their own risk. Team Leaders are not liable in the event of sickness, accident, death, or terrorist acts, nor for transportation or any other expense beyond that of normal involvement. We require that all participants be in good physical condition and may request a physical exam and/or reference from a doctor if there are concerns about participants ability to function in Kenya.

All travelers agree to follow the Team Leaders instructions at all times and understand that if there is an issue with following directions, a traveler may be asked to leave the team and sent home, at the traveler's expense. We take the group's safety seriously and will not tollerate behavior that puts the group, the people we are serving, or any individual participants safety at risk.

I give Wandering Women International the right to use my picture, voice, and/or story in any form of promotional or advertising materials, including the website, social media and travel blog. 

By signing below, I am signifying my understanding and willingness to participate, and I agree to follow all Team Leader directives before and during the trip. I understand that I can be asked to leave if I choose to not follow directives and put the group at risk.
