The Deposit may be used for fuel, damages, or excessive cleaning (especially sand/dirt).Excessive sand/dirt means large amounts requiring cleaning. A cleaning fee applies, and if costs exceed $100, I will be billed the balance. I agree to return the car responsibly, as it must be prepared for the next guest. This Deposit does not limit my liability — I remain responsible for all costs beyond $100.I will not dispute, reverse, or file any PayPal/credit card chargebacks for this authorized Deposit.
