Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. We will confirm the event during the first week of October. If we need to cancel due to low registrations or weather conditions, you’ll receive a full refund, including your deposit. If you decide to cancel, please note that the €50 deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations made less than 3 days before the event cannot be refunded. Thank you for understanding, as this helps us plan and deliver the best possible experience for all participants.

By registering, you consent to Innoceana and OceanMinded processing your personal data to manage your participation in the Leading with Depth event. Your data will not be shared with other third parties except when necessary or required by law.
