• Camp Hatikvah Campership Form - Summer 2026

  • Thank you for your interest in applying to Camp Hatikvah for a campership. 

    This application should take about 15 minutes or so to complete. If, however, you need to take a break, simply press the "Save" button and follow the instructions so that you can complete the application later. Please note that you DO NOT need to create a jotform account to save your work. Simply go to the bottom option that reads "skip create an account".

    The first round of applications close on October 13th and the bulk of our funds will be distributed in November. Applications received after the deadline may be considered if funds are available but please be aware that you will likely receive less funding, if any, if you apply after the October 13th deadline.

  • Camperships are funded entirely through the generosity of grants and donations. Our process is designed to be respectful and confidential with the goal of partnering with families to make camp possible.

    When choosing the amount to request, please consider all of your non-essential spending and determine what portion of those funds you are able to redirect toward camp tuition. We ask you to priotizie camp fees over other non-essential spending so that we can extend support to as many families as possible.

  • To the best of my knowledge, all information in this application is true and correct. I understand that if my application is incomplete and/or deemed by the Camp Hatikvah to be in bad faith, my child(ren) will be immediately withdrawn from Camp Hatikvah for the summer of 2026 (with no possibility of re-enrolment) and all payments made to date will be forfeited. I understand that an anonymous committee will review my application and have the right to ask for more information and supporting documentation to verify the answers I have provided on this form. If asked to by Camp Hatikvah, I will provide said documentation in a timely fashion or any offer of financial assistance given to me may be withdrawn.
