2026 KSBA PEAK Award Nomination Form

The PEAK Award was established to focus statewide attention on outstanding public school efforts aimed specifically at enhancing student learning skills and, in doing so, to promote the positive impact of public elementary and secondary education in the Commonwealth. (To be eligible, the nominated program must have been implemented at least one year prior to Dec. 15, 2025.) Previous winning districts must wait five years before being eligible to submit an entry. If part of a multi-district winning program, districts are immediately eligible to submit a new entry.) The deadline for nominations has is Monday, Dec. 15.
