Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Healthspan Summit—our flagship event uniting the world's most forward-thinking voices in longevity, performance, and preventative health.

🎁 Upon agreement to the terms below, your $299 (current value - $499 at the door) GA ticket will be issued immediately.

In exchange, we ask for your support in spreading the word and sharing this experience with your network. You'll also earn 20% commission on every ticket purchased using your custom 10% off discount link.

For 2025 the event will have 700+ in person attendees and more virtually. Multiple stages, 40+ speakers, 50+ brands onsite with indoor and outdoor activations and MORE.

The Healthspan Summit unites communities - personalized medicine, regenerative science, AI, nutrition, clinical research, biotech, mental health, and commercial wellness into a cohesive ecosystem.

🔑 PRE-EVENT PROMOTION (Required)
To help drive aligned attendees to the summit—both in-person and virtual—all creators must complete:

1. Dedicated Emails to Your List
Send to your email newsletter or professional contact list
Include: event name, dates, location, value proposition, and your custom affiliate/tracking link (provided by us)
Suggested schedule:

• First email: ~4 weeks prior
• Second email: ~2 weeks prior
• Final push: 1 week prior

2. Minimum 2 Social Media Posts (Pre-Event)
Post to Instagram, LinkedIn, or your primary platform(s)
Highlight why you’re attending, who you’re excited to see, and what sets the Summit apart

Must include your custom ticket link and required tags (see below)

Record a short video (30–60 seconds) in your own voice
Explain why you’re attending the 2025 Healthspan Summit, who it’s for, and what you’re most looking forward to.

Healthspan Productions will provide:

• A sample script
  Branded B-roll and assets
  Post as a Reel, TikTok, YouTube Short, or LinkedIn video with your affiliate link and required tags

📸 ON-SITE CONTENT (Required)
During the event (Oct 4–5), please post at least 1 piece of content per day, choosing from the following:

Option A: Daily Instagram or LinkedIn Carousel (3–5 images)
Feature:

• Top speakers or sessions
• Favorite brands and activations
• Behind-the-scenes moments
• Option B: Daily Event Recap Reel
• Share your biggest insight, top product discovery, or most meaningful experience
• Option C: Gift Bag Unboxing (Post-Event)
• Showcase the premium gift bag provided at the Healthspan Summit
• Tag each included brand and share your excitement about the curated selection

By accepting your complimentary media pass, you agree to:

• Complete the required pre-event and on-site deliverables listed above
• Submit all content links within 5 days after the event
• Allow Healthspan Productions to re-share your tagged content across our channels
• Understand that failure to meet expectations may affect future collaboration eligibility
