**Due to costs of putting on the Market last year, we will be charging $125 for a 10x10 space.

(vendor) agrees to release Carmen Howdyshell, Chelsea Johnson and West Cal Event Center of all liability. ( including product damage and personal injury)

Spaces are $125 for a 10X10 spot

Vendors are responsible to bring their own tables, chairs and extension cords if needed. 

VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vendors may purchase more than one 10x10 space (at $125 per 10x10 space)

Electricity is $10 extra, if needed.

The market will run from 10am to 4pm. Set up for the event will be from 7am until 10am on the day of the show. Vendors must check in, if not checked in by 8am your space will be given to another vendor to use. 

No early tear down allowed until 4pm, without coordinators approval.Vendors must leave their areas clean. Vendors are to be out of the building by 6:30pm

Vendors are REQUIRED to donate to the swag bags. (This can be a paper coupon to use at your booth, samples of your items ect.) We pass out 50-100 swag bags, you do not have to donate that many items, it can be a mix of things. This is really great traction for your booth and sales, and has proven to be a great incentive for consumers to come and shop! 

This is a Christmas event! We encourage decorating your booths and wearing Christmas themed apparel.
