About this Event:

The Greater Los Angeles Oncology Nursing Society(GLAONS) Oncology Care Summit (OCS) is a nurse exclusive event that attracts over 600 RNs and Advanced Practice nurses from throughout California and adjacent states. OCS 2026 will provide nurses with 8 educational presentations, breakfast and lunch product theaters, evidence based practice and research posters, and frequent opportunities to visit the Learning Resource Center (LRC).

NCPD/ CEUs :

Nurses who complete all aspects and requirements of OCS 2026 will receive 10 NCPD/CEUs (no partial CEU credit is provided; must attend FULL day, no sign in after 9AM). 

Registration Fee :

Open now until July 31st, 2026 or until sold out.  To receive discounted promotional pricing, you MUST enter the Promo Code in the check out prior to paying. 

 ***In addition to the above listed fees a $0.30 registration fee and 3% processing fee will be added to the total ***

Scholarships: 

$125 Scholarship is offered to nurse attendees who attend the FULL day (No sign-in after 9 AM). 

Scholarship check will be disseminated at the conclusion of the Summit. Must be present to collect check. 

*** GLA ONS Board Members, Industry Nurses (pharmaceuticals, device, and testing), Exhibitors, and Faculty are NOT eligible for scholarships. Please work with your employer for reimbursement.***

1.      How do I contact the OCS planning team for questions?

2.      How are attendees notified about event updates and NCPD/ CEUs?

·         Keep an eye out for emails with updates. We will utilize the email address used at the time of registration for sending notifications for this year’s OCS, such as updates on the agenda, parking, CEUs etc. We recommend using your personal email in the event of any job changes. Remember to confirm your email after registration to ensure you are up to date. All information will also be posted on the OncologyCareSummit.com website as it becomes available.

 

3.      Will all nurse attendees receive a scholarship, is there a limited number, or do I need to apply?

·         Scholarships will automatically be granted to all nurse attendees who meet eligibility criteria. Refer to the event Registration JotForm for eligibility criteria. Attendees must attend the full day (No sign-in after 9AM) and be present to pick up the check in the evening after the conclusion of the event. Ticket sales are limited to the number of nurses we are able to accommodate.

 

4.      Are students and non-licensed medical professionals able to attend OCS?

·         Due to regulatory compliance of our vendors, funding, high demand, and limited space, tickets are reserved for practicing nurses. We are not able to accommodate prelicensure nurses or non-licensed medical professionals.  A license number is required for registration.

 

5.      What is the Learning Resource Center?

·         The Learning Resource Center (LRC) features exhibits sponsored by pharmaceutical and other educational organizations. Nurse registrants will have opportunities throughout the day to visit the exhibits and learn about the latest oncology treatments and services, medical devices, support equipment, career opportunities, and more. The LRC will be open from 6 AM to 3:10 pm on September 26, 2026.
