Retainer Fees
For all services, a 20% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure the date and service. The remaining fee may be paid prior to or on the date of the service drop-off/pick-up.
Bookings
Please provide us with two weeks minimum to book your event and one week minimum to book any of our other services. Any last minute inquiries will include a $10 additional charge.
Cancellations
Please provide us with a 72 hour notice if you’d like to move the retainer fee to a different date, this is also subject to availability. We get it, things happen!
Social Media
You allow me permission to post any and all services on my social media page. If you would like for me not to post, please send me a message or inform me at pick-up/delivery.
Rentals
If for any reason any of the rentals or equipment gets damaged during the event, please inform us right away. If we find that the item was damaged, the client is responsible for the cost to replace or repair the item. We ask that you please respect the items as if they were your own!
Weather Risks
During outdoor set-ups, balloons are not guaranteed to last a certain amount of time due to various weather factors. While we use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution necessary to ensure they last the event, once we leave the event space it is entirely out of our control.
Various elements such as the weather, the sun, lights, static or even uneven surfaces may impact the balloons. Darker colors are more sensitive to heat and may pop quicker. Balloons are susceptible to shrinkage in the cold.
For outdoor set-ups, placement of the backdrop may be further assessed at arrival. If conditions become unsafe or threaten the set-up equipment, we may need to relocate or breakdown the set-up early.
No refunds or credits will be issued due to weather-related interruptions or early breakdown.
