Junk Mail is a collaboration between the GW Office of Health Promotion & Education and GW RAGE; we currently offer delivery of safer sex products to students in an effort to expand easy and discrete access to things like condoms, dental dams, and lube. Your name and residential information will not be shared with or visible to anyone outside of the team packing your order.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING!

Junk Mail orders are packed on Wednesdays at 11 am and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 am on Wednesday may not be filled until the following week, so plan accordingly!

For example:

Orders placed on Tuesday, Sep 9th, will be packed on Wednesday, Sep 10th.

Orders placed on Wednesday, Sep 10th, after 11 am, will be packed the following Wednesday, Sep 17th.

All PICKUP ORDERS will be available for pickup at your mail locker starting the Wednesday after your order was placed. Once orders go out for delivery, campus mailing services are responsible for delivering your package, and the HPE office is unable to track your package. For questions regarding your package delivery/pickup, please contact gwmailsv@gwu.edu.

You will have 7 days to pick up your order. Any unclaimed orders will be reclaimed by our team and you will have to place a new order.
*Disclaimer #1: We can only deliver to students living in GW Residence Halls! Students who live OFF-CAMPUS must select one of our on-campus pickup locations to receive your order. This includes apartments in Foggy Bottom that are not owned by GW!
*Disclaimer #2: this is NOT an emergency service; if you are in immediate need of safer sex products, emergency contraception, and/or a pregnancy test, please visit the Student Support Center between 9am-5pm (located in the USC Ground Floor), the Foggy Bottom Plan B Vending Machine (in District House B2 or West Hall on the Vern), or place an order through Foggy Bottom Plan B at fbplanb.com.

We can only deliver to students living in GW Residence Halls/FSL Housing. We cannot deliver to any non-GW affiliated housing (that includes privately owned apartments in Foggy Bottom!) If you do not live in either of those, go back and select Pick Up!

Orders are packed and sent out for mailing at 1 pm on Wednesday each week; delivery will likely occur within 2-4 business days, but we cannot guarantee you will receive your package that quickly so please take regular shipping time into consideration when ordering. Mailing services work hard to ensure speedy delivery, but delivery times are subject to the volume of deliveries processed by the mailing room each week.

Once your order becomes available for pick up, you will have one calendar week to pick up your order.

Student Outreach and Support (SOS) is located on the Ground Floor of the USC; in front of the elevators and to the right of the Student Health Center. Your package will be available at the front desk. Pick up at this location is available Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.

The GW RAGE office is located on the fourth floor of the USC in suite 421. Pick up at this location is available everyday 7am - 9pm.
