This immersive training simulates the challenges formerly incarcerated individuals face upon reentry. Through role-based participation, attendees must secure housing, employment, meet parole requirements, and access services while navigating systemic, financial, and legal barriers.
Designed to foster empathy and professional insight, this training helps social workers and human service professionals better understand the psychosocial impact of incarceration and apply trauma-informed and client-centered practices to support re-entry success.
