2. Compensation Rentee hereby agrees to pay the Rentor $45.00 for rental of space for a craft vendor booth for the terms of this Contract. This fee is non-refundable and is payable by cash or check. Contact: Pat Lilya 530-242-4558 or Louise Davis 530-225-8979 ext 1111 with payment inquiries.
3. Special Provisions Each event goes on regardless of weather and Rentor is not responsible for lost revenues or refunds. Rentor is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Setup time is from 8:30 am – 9:30 am and take down time is from 5pm to 6pm.
4. Indemnification Rentee agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless (including Lessor’s officers, employees, volunteers, and members) against any and all claims, liabilities, litigation, cost and expenses incident thereto, including reasonable attorney fees, which Rentee may hereafter incur as part of this conduction business in this event.
