• 2025 Redding Rancheria Arts and Craft Fair Vendor Booth Rental Contract

  • The Redding Rancheria invites you to participate as a vendor in the Redding Rancheria Native American Arts and Craft Fair to be held on November 29, 2025 in the Event Center at Win River Resort & Casino and the Redding Rancheria Community Center in Redding, California. Vendor space will be (2) tables, six feet in length, and two chairs; electricity is not provided.This agreement must be signed and fee paid in full prior to date of sale. Space is limited and once vendor space is full no more agreements will be accepted. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL or DRUGS are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion. Vendors will provide their own booth materials; and one item is required for donation for our raffle.

     

    This Vendor Booth Contract (hereafter Contract) is entered into as of______ ,  ______, between the Redding Rancheria (here in after called Rentor) and ____ (here in after called Rentee) 

  • 1. Terms of Contract Rentee hereby selects the following date(s) for displaying his/her wares: ____ (Enter Below) November 29, 2025 from 10 am to 5 pm _____.                           .

  • 2. Compensation Rentee hereby agrees to pay the Rentor $45.00 for rental of space for a craft vendor booth for the terms of this Contract. This fee is non-refundable and is payable by cash or check. Contact: Pat Lilya 530-242-4558 or Louise Davis 530-225-8979 ext 1111 with payment inquiries.  

    3. Special Provisions Each event goes on regardless of weather and Rentor is not responsible for lost revenues or refunds. Rentor is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Setup time is from 8:30 am – 9:30 am and take down time is from 5pm to 6pm.  

    4. Indemnification Rentee agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless (including Lessor’s officers, employees, volunteers, and members) against any and all claims, liabilities, litigation, cost and expenses incident thereto, including reasonable attorney fees, which Rentee may hereafter incur as part of this conduction business in this event.
