This Member Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into voluntarily by and between the undersigned individual ("Member") and IAM Health Sanctuary ("Sanctuary"), a Private Membership Association (PMA), established in the private domain under the right to associate, as protected by the First and Fourth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and aligned with Natural and Common Law.
1. Private Status of the Association
IAM Health Sanctuary operates exclusively in the private domain and is not subject to regulation by public health agencies, state licensing boards, or governmental institutions. All services, classes, communications, and materials shared within the Sanctuary are private, spiritual, and educational in nature.
2. The purpose of IAM Health Sanctuary is to:
- Faciliate private spiritual, somatic, and educational support
- Share holistic movement and wellness practices rooted in Bowspring alignment
- Provide members with opportunities for self-healing, nervous system regulation, fascia hydration, and remembrance of personal sovereignty
- Offer a safe space for community connection, self-responsibility, and mutual respect
3. Voluntary Participation
The Member enters this Agreement voluntarily and with full knowledge that all activities and offerings are private, peer-to-peer exchanges. No claim is made by the Sanctuary to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, nor are offerings intended to replace medical advice from licensed professionals.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
The Member acknowledges that all information shared within the Sanctuary remains private and protected. The Sanctuary will never share, sell, or disclose member information to any public agency or third party without explicit consent.
5. Assumption of Responsibility
The Member assumes full responsibility for their own health, safety, and wellbeing. The Member agrees to release IAM Health Sanctuary, its founder(s), facilitators, and fellow members from any liability or claim arising from participation in classes, courses, or private communications.
6. Informed Consent
The Member acknowledges that they understand the nature of the offerings and willingly participate. By signing this Agreement, the Member affirms that they:
- Are not participating under duress or coercion
- Accept that their healing journey is self-directed
- Will respect their own physical and emotional boundaries, and seek support when needed
7. No Commercial Services Rendered
The Member understands that IAM Health Sanctuary does not operate in the public or commercial realm. All offerings are shared within a private member-only context, and are not open to the general public.
8. Termination of Membership
The Sanctuary reserves the right to revoke membership if a Member acts in a way that is harmful, disrespectful, or out of alignment with the Sanctuary's values. Likewise, Members may withdraw their membership at any time.
9. Agreement and Acknowledgment
By signing below (physically or electronically), the Member acknowledges and agrees to the above terms. This Agreement supersedes any and all public waivers previously signed or required for participation in IAM Health Sanctuary offerings.
