We’re looking for musicians, dancers, singers, and entertainers of all kinds to bring fun and energy to the festival. Performers must submit an application and be approved before taking the stage. All acts should be family-friendly, respectful, and safe for all ages.

Please Note:
As you are aware, there are many details that go into booking an artist, so please understand that this booking form serves as an invitation only. This does not guarantee or confirm an artist appearance or performance. Your application helps us make the best decision possible while we do all we can to meet your request.

Cancellation Policy:
Hello Friend Fest reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any performance at our discretion. This may occur due to weather, technical issues, safety concerns, or changes in the festival program. In such cases, we will do our best to communicate promptly and work with performers, but no compensation or guarantee of rescheduling is implied.

TALENT RELEASE FORM

You must sign this form to perform at any Hello Friend Night Market event.Without further consideration, I hereby consent to the use of all photographs, videotapes, film, and recordings taken of me and/or written extractions, in whole or in part, of such recordings or musical performance for Friend Night Market and those acting pursuant to its authority, for the purposes of illustration, advertising, or publication in any manner.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. No profanity or offensive language will be allowed. This includes racist, sexist, homophobic, or ableist remarks.
2. Performers are responsible for bringing and setting up their own music, instruments, props, and equipment.
3. Performers must follow all agreements and forms signed with Hello Friend Night Market.
4. Performers are expected to be available for the full operating hours of the date they are scheduled to perform.
5. Hello Friend Night Market staff reserves the right to refuse or stop any performance for disorderly conduct or behavior that goes against the spirit of community and celebration.
6. Performers must check in with Hello Friend Night Market staff at least one hour prior to their scheduled set time.
7. Performers agree to allow Hello Friend Night Market to photograph, record, or film performances for promotional use without additional compensation.
