All membership payments are non-refundable once processed. IV sessions and services included in the membership must be used within the billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. All IV therapies are subject to provider approval based on the client’s health status and safety considerations. Coastal Wellness reserves the right to modify membership pricing, services, or benefits with prior written notice. Membership may be canceled by the client with 30 days’ written notice by email (info@coastalwellnessmobile.com) or by the clinic for non-payment, non-compliance, or medical reasons. IV therapy services are provided for wellness support and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
