The Venue Fee may vary depending on factors such as:
- Event Date and Time: The fee may vary depending on the day of the week, time of day, and whether the Event falls on a Holiday or peak season.
- Event Guest Count: The fee may be adjusted based on the final number of guests attending, number of children under the age of 18 with additional charges for exceeding the agreed-upon headcount.
- Event Duration: The Venue fee may be adjusted based upon the duration.
  Event Venue Modification: Fees may apply if the client requests significant changes to the Venue layout or if the Venue needs to accommodate special requests.
- Event Guest Access: The Venue fee may also be impacted by the duration of guest access to the interior space of the Venue.
Venue Event Requirements:
- Venue Cleaning Deposit: A refundable cleaning deposit is required to ensure that guests leave the property in good condition and to cover any unexpected cleaning costs or damages. It provides a financial safeguard for the host in case the property is left excessively dirty or requires more then the standard cleanliness and respect for the space. It helps protect the host from extra cleaning expenses and ensures the property is property maintained for future guests. The cleaning deposit applies only to the Event.
- Event Liability Insurance Coverage: Event Liability Insurance is essential for Airbnb hosts allowing events, as it protects against potential accidents, injuries, or property damage during gatherings. It covers costs related to guest injuries, accidental property damage, alcohol-related incidents, and legal fees in case of a lawsuit. While Airbnb's standard coverage offers some protection, Event Liability Insurance fills in the gaps, ensuring hosts are financially safeguarded against the increased risks of hosting events, providing peace of mind for both hosts and guests.
