  • Package 1

    -1 prenatal check-in between weeks 13-24 (ideally) for birth planning and education (1.5-2hours) virtual or in person.

    -Weekly Check in for 15-30 min at week 35 until delivery

    -Unlimited text support through pregnancy and labor

    -1 hour post partum check in can be virtual or in person 1-8weeks pp.

  • Package 2

    -2 prenatal appointments: first between 13-24 weeks birth planning and education (1.5-2 hours) & the second between 34-37 weeks (1-1.5 hour) check-in plus labor prep exercise, positions, support.

    -In person support during active labor until 1 hour post delivery

    -1 post partum visit 6-8 weeks post partum

    -Unlimited text support throughout pregnancy

    -Weekly check-ins week 35 until delivery

    -Optional opt in for me to take pictures during labor and delivery

  • Package 3

    Package 3: includes all of package 2 plus 1 hour professional photo session (about 50 edited photos) through Lamha Studio. Select one option: maternity, home birth, or newborn plus a $50 credit toward any future photo session booked through Lamha Studio. Additional details about photography services can be discussed directly with Lamha Studio.
