Transportation fees must be paid semester wise and cannot be cancelled between the semesters. If student wishes to cancel the transportation in middle of semester, then there shall not be any refund of fees for remaining semester. The seat will be confirmed only after receipt of the full-term transportation fee and location confirmation. Cancellation notice in writing should be given to the transport department before the start of the semester or else it is assumed that student will continue to avail the transportation for the next semester and accordingly invoice will be raised.
