商務參觀申請規範與流程
Business Visit Application Guidelines & Process

一、申請資格 Eligibility

1. 限國內外遊戲產業相關人士或公司單位代表提出申請。
   Applications are open to professionals and representatives from the gaming industry (domestic or international).
2. 申請以個人為基本單位，每位參觀者均須獨立填寫並送出申請表。
   Applications are based on individuals. Each participant must complete and submit their own application form.
3. 申請人需具備公司名稱、職稱與聯絡資訊，並能提供有效名片。
   Applicants must provide company name, job title, contact information, and a valid business card.
4. 主辦單位保留審核與拒絕申請之權利。
   The organizer reserves the right to review and reject applications.

二、申請流程 Application Process

線上申請 Online Application

1. 於 G-EIGHT 官方網站填寫「商務參觀申請表」。
   Complete the Business Visit Application Form on the official G-EIGHT website.
2. 請完整填寫公司資訊與參訪目的，以利審核。
   Provide complete company information and purpose of visit for review.

資格審核 Review

• 主辦單位將於收到申請後進行審核，審核重點包括：
  The organizer will review applications based on:

1. 是否屬於遊戲或相關產業專業人士
   Whether the applicant is a professional in the gaming or related industry
2. 申請資訊是否完整正確
   Accuracy and completeness of the submitted information

• 審核結果將以 Email 通知。
  Results will be notified via email.

MeetToMatch 商務媒合平台 MeetToMatch Business Matchmaking Platform

• 本屆 G-EIGHT 使用 MeetToMatch 線上媒合平台，讓商務參觀者在展前就能和參展商預約一對一會議。
  This year, G-EIGHT uses the MeetToMatch online matchmaking platform, so business visitors can book one-on-one meetings with exhibitors before the show.
• 審核通過的商務參觀者，主辦單位會以申請時填寫的 Email 建立 MeetToMatch 帳號，帳號開通信由平台直接寄出。
  For approved business visitors, the organizer will create a MeetToMatch account with the email address used in your application. The platform will send the account activation email directly.
• 平台於 11/1 開放登入與配對。您可以瀏覽參展商資料、送出會議邀請、接受或婉拒邀請，並管理自己的會議行程。
  The platform opens for login and matchmaking on Nov 1. You can browse exhibitor profiles, send meeting requests, accept or decline invitations, and manage your meeting schedule.
• 會議在展場商務區的媒合桌進行，共 15 張桌，每場 30 分鐘，採預約制。
  Meetings take place at the matchmaking tables in the Business Area on site. There are 15 tables, each meeting lasts 30 minutes, and all meetings are by appointment.
• MeetToMatch 新帳號註冊於 11/30 截止。截止後不再新增帳號，已註冊者可以繼續使用平台並安排會議。
  New MeetToMatch registration closes on Nov 30. After that date no new accounts will be created, but registered users can keep using the platform and scheduling meetings.

通知與領證 Confirmation & Badge Collection

1. 審核通過後，申請人將收到「商務參觀核准通知信」。
   Approved applicants will receive an official Business Visit Approval Email.
2. 活動期間，請攜帶與申請資訊相符之名片，或出示核准通知 Email，至展覽現場「報到處－商務參觀櫃檯」領取證件。
   During the event, please present a business card that matches your application, or show the approval email at the Registration Counter – Business Desk to collect your badge.
3. 未經線上申請通過者，現場不開放以名片直接換證。
   On-site badge collection without prior online approval will not be accepted.

三、注意事項 Important Notes

1. 商務參觀證僅限本人使用，不得轉讓。
   The Business Visit badge is strictly personal and non-transferable.
2. 商務參觀入場時間：12/4 至 12/6 每日 10:00 至 19:00（一般觀眾入場時間為每日 11:00）。
   Business Visit entry hours: Dec 4 to Dec 6, 10:00 to 19:00 daily (public entry starts at 11:00).
3. 商務參觀證可參加特定商務交流活動與主辦單位安排之專屬場次。
   The badge grants access to designated business networking activities and exclusive sessions arranged by the organizer.
4. 主辦單位得依活動需要調整流程或規範，並保有最終解釋權。
   The organizer may adjust the process or regulations as necessary and reserves the right of final interpretation.
