Eligibility, Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Open to young entrepreneurs 17 years of age and under, offering Western Australian products. All vendors must complete the registration form and provide accurate information. Food vendors must comply with relevant health and safety regulations, according to the City of Busselton.
Inclusions
Table space is offered free of charge for this event. Each vendor will be provided 1 x table at least 140cm x 52cm and 1 x stool. Additional seating is BYO. Access to power and water is available, if requested in advance.
Operating Hours
The pop-up market runs from 10:00am until 2:00pm on Sunday 5TH October 2025. Vendors are required to remain open for the entire duration of the event, until 2:00pm (can stay later, until 5:00pm if you would like).
Setup
Table location is subject to availability and the discretion of Origins Market management. Vendors will be notified of their allocated space no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
Setup of your table can take place between the hours of 8:30am and 10:00am on the event date, Sunday 5th October 2025. Bump-in is shall be through the front public entry’s. Pack-down may only commence after 2:00pm and must be complete no later than 5:30pm.
Liability
Origins Market is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of vendor property. Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the market premises.
Cancellations
Origins Market reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
Marketing and Promotion
Vendors consent to the use of photographs and promotional material featuring their stall for marketing purposes. Vendors are encouraged to promote the event through their own channels.
Health and Safety
A parent or guardian must be onsite at all times.
Electrical equipment must be tagged and tested prior to use.
Agreement
By submitting the registration form, vendors acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. We will contact you via email within 72 hours to advise the outcome of your application.
