    Step into the magic of the season at Magick Fest, a gathering of mystics, artisans, healers, and seekers. Vendors are the heart of our festival, bringing the tools, treasures, and services that make the day come alive.---

    ⚖️ Vendor Disclosure

    Magick Fest is held rain or shine. All outdoor vendors must come prepared for weather conditions.

    Each vendor is responsible for their own equipment, displays, and merchandise. Neither Magick Fest organizers nor the venue are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

    All fees are non-refundable once registered.

    Vendors are required to comply with all local regulations and festival rules.

    By registering, you agree to remain set up for the full duration of the event (no early tear-downs).

     

    You agree that you're responsible for any damage done to your booth space. No hanging anything on walls or damaging anything in the park. Any damage could result in fines or fees by the county or Milwaukee spirit Fair LLC

  • ⚖️ Vendor Disclosure

    All vendors are responsible for supplying their own power sources. Battery packs and battery-operated lights are strongly recommended for outdoor booths, as no outlets will be provided. Vendors must also provide their own internet service if required for sales or transactions, as Wi-Fi will not be available.

     

    Vendors must use care in setting up their space to avoid damage to the park grounds. Small stakes for tents are permitted, but please be mindful not to cause unnecessary harm. Vendors are required to pack out all trash and leave no waste behind, ensuring their booth area is left clean at the end of the festival.

     

    Magick Fest, its organizers, and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. All fees are non-refundable once registered. By registering, vendors agree to provide their own equipment and services, comply with all festival guidelines, remain open for the full duration of the event, and respect the shared community space.

     

    ⚖️ Code of Conduct & Property Rules

    To maintain a safe, respectful, and sacred environment for all, the following rules apply to every vendor, guest, and participant at Magick Fest:

     

    Profanity, slander, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

     

    No drugs or alcohol are permitted on the property.

     

    All participants are expected to respect one another, the venue, and the spirit of the gathering.

     

     

    Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the festival without refund.

    Our 10x10 Sponsorship Package offers your business or brand premium exposure both at the festival and through our extended community outreach. This package includes:

     

    10x10 Tent Booth Space (Outdoors): A prime vending area where you can showcase your products, services, or brand presence directly to festival-goers. (Tent required, tables/chairs not provided.)

     

    Website Exposure: Your business name and logo featured on the official Magick Fest website as an event sponsor.

     

    Email Outreach: Inclusion of your business information in an email campaign sent to over 10,000 clients and vendors in our network.

     

    Text Campaign: Exposure through our promotional text messages reaching over 3,000 subscribers.

     

    Logo Placement: Your logo prominently displayed on the event campus signage and/or event flyer for maximum visibility.

    ⚖️ Vendor Application payment Policy

    Please note that not all vendor applications will be accepted. Applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced variety of offerings that align with the spirit of Magick Fest.

     

    If your application is accepted, you will receive an invoice within one week of acceptance.

     

    Invoices will be sent from ALTAR LLC, our official partner and sponsor of the event.

     

    Invoices will be delivered via both text message and email, so please be sure to provide a valid email address and phone number on your application.

     

    Payment is required within one week of the invoice date to secure your booth space.

     

    If payment is not received within that timeframe, your space will be released and offered to the next vendor on our waiting list.

     

     

    Submitting an application does not guarantee participation until payment is received

    and confirmed.
