Most Transformative Renovation

Eligibility Requirements
1. All applications must be a member in good standing with CHBA-PEI. 2. The build/project must have been completed during the period of January 1, 2024 - August 31, 2025.
Award Objectives
This award recognizes excellence in performance by members who have completed a large scale renovation and to inform the industry/public of these achievements.
Judging Criteria
The entire application will be judged out of 100 points. An onsite assessment may be completed depending on the award category.
