CATS - Move Like Mama

A welcoming fitness class for mums to have their time to move and connect – little ones welcome.

✔️ 45-minute dance workout for mums with little ones. Each week will be different by learning all sorts of routines. It’s Zumba with aerobics and learning routines.
✔️ Baby/children welcome to watch and sit on mat/play area while mummy’s get time to workout themselves. Everyone is in the same situation so we can support each other.
✔️ Time at the start & end to chat, feed, settle, and socialise. A chance to make friends!
✔️ No pressure – just moving your body and feeling supported in a relaxed environment

Classes take place on Mondays, term time only: 9.15am – 10.15am

· £8.50 per class, payable per half term

· Start date Monday, 8th September (no class on 10/11/25)

No payment is required up front – you can sign up, attend your free trial week and if you are then happy to sign up for the term you’ll be able to pay online or at the Cresset Box Office.
