  • The Terms & Conditions outlined here will help us create a great experience for everyone. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, and you commit to uplifting others and contributing your best self to the community.

  • Community Guidelines: The Community Host reserves the right to set community guidelines and expectations for engagement and communication. Failure to follow guidelines may result in restricted access or removal from the community. All Members agree to maintain a professional and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. The Community Host reserves the right to remove Members from the community without refund for violating these standards. Community Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time, and Members will be notified of changes in writing.

    Confidentiality Agreement: This community is a confidential space. Members agree not to share, reproduce, or disclose any personal stories, creative materials, business strategies, or proprietary information shared by other Members or Community Host during the program. Breaches of confidentiality may result in removal from the community.

    Intellectual Property Protection: All content, materials, exercises, frameworks, and recordings are the intellectual property of Hello Coaching, LLC dba Business Besties. These materials may not be shared or distributed without explicit written permission.

    Levels of Engagement: This community is designed to support different levels of engagement. Members join the community for connection, collaboration and support. All Members have access to the weekly Zoom meetings, events, resources and networking opportunities. Partners are trusted collaborators who bring added value to the community by providing resources, expertise or special opportunities. Partners receive enhanced visibility within the community and may occasionally share relevant offers, training or services– always within the boundaries of the community guidelines. Partners also receive exclusivity in their category of business. All Members are equal in terms of community participation, and Partners carry an additional opportunity for contribution. Members come to receive and share support, while Partners contribute in an elevated way, creating connections that benefit the entire community. All Partners are Members, but not all Members are Partners. Membership at all levels is held by individuals and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other person or entity.

    Payment, Refund & Withdrawal Policy: Membership payments may be made on a quarterly or annual basis. Upon receipt of payment, access to the Business Besties community will be granted for the period of time covered by the payment. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Stripe, or check. Due to the intimate and limited nature of this program, all membership payments are non-refundable. Members who choose to withdraw prior to the end of their paid term will not receive a refund unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Pro-rated fees and refunds will not be issued for individual meetings, events, or sessions that a Member is unable or chooses not to attend or that are cancelled from time to time due to holidays and other circumstances. All payments must be made in full and on time in order to maintain active membership status. If a payment is late, declined, or otherwise fails to process, the Member’s access to the community and related benefits maybe suspended until payment is successfully received. Repeated failed or late payments may result in termination of membership without refund.

    Membership Renewal: One month prior to the end of a Member’s current term, a renewal notice will be sent by email from the Community Host with the option to either accept or decline renewal. If renewal is declined, access to the community and related benefits will conclude on the membership termination date. If renewal is accepted, a payment request will be issued, and upon receipt of payment, membership will continue for the next term.

    Recording Policy: Live sessions may be recorded for the exclusive use of the community. Members agree not to record, screenshot, or distribute any portion of the sessions unless given written consent by the Community Host and all involved parties.

    Safe Sharing Environment: This is a brave space for growth. Members agree to engage in constructive communication and hold space for vulnerability and experimentation without judgment.

    Non-Solicitation / Non-Compete: This community is full of talented entrepreneurs and business owners. To protect the integrity of our space, direct selling, cold-pitching or soliciting another Member’s business is not permitted. Members are welcome to hire or engage another Member’s services/products and that decision must be initiated by the buyer, not the seller. A courtesy email to hi@hellocoaching.info notifying the Community Host that you have inquired about services from another Member is appreciated but is not required. Sharing value, experiences and resources is encouraged, and sharing information about your business is welcome when it’s relevant to the conversation or in designated spaces. If and when promotional opportunities are offered those will be clearly communicated, and Members may share within those guidelines. Members who have joined at the Partner level will have the opportunity to share information with the community at designated times and in a more robust way, including but not limited to presenting during a scheduled meeting, inviting Members to events, sharing special offers/incentives, and more. Details will be confirmed in writing between Partners and Community Host. All Members agree not to directly solicit other Members for competing programs, coaching services, or direct sales. This helps maintain the integrity and collaborative nature of the group.

    Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice via email. Due to the limited and intimate nature of the community, cancellations will only take effect at the end of the Member’s current paid term. No refunds or pro-rated credits will be issued for early cancellations.

    Marketing Release: Members grant permission for their image, voice, or likeness to be used in promotional materials if community sessions or testimonials are used for marketing purposes.

    Liability Waiver: By joining this community, Members acknowledge that results vary based on individual engagement and commitment. This is a peer community and coaching support space, not legal, financial or medical advice. Results may vary, and the Community Host is not liable for outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on the content of the program.

    Indemnification Clause: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Community Host and Hello Coaching from claims, damages, or losses caused by their actions inside or outside the group.

    Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be  invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties as closely as possible.

    Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
