This conversation will explore how and why the Principles of Trustworthiness utilize equity-focused, first-person language to bridge the gap between health care institutions and the communities they serve. Participants will be introduced to a practical four-phase cycle (Listen, Reflect, Act, Revisit) and learn how it can guide institutions toward becoming more trustworthy partners.
