11:15 -12:00 Hyrox conditioning.
12:00- 14:30 Lunch
14:30-15:30 Q&A
15:30-18:00 Sled push, Wallballs + Farmer carry.
Friday,24 October:
Location: Marbella mountains + Marbella Beach + Yours
8:30-9:00 Arrival + briefing at Marbella mountains ( puerta verde).
9:00-9:30 Warm up aerobic run.
9:30-10:30 Hill intervals workout.
10:30-11:00 Special challenge.
11:00- 14:00 Lunch.
14:00-15:00 Functional beach workout (focused on walking lunges + burpee broad jumps)
16:00-17:00 Team beach workout.
18:00- 19:00 (Hot infrared recovery class at Yours Marbella)
Saturday,25 October:
Location:Marbella track + Real club padel
8:30-9:00 Arrival at track + briefing.
9:00-10:00 (Hosted by Running coach)warm up + drills and technique.
10:00-11:00 Track workout.
11:00 -12:00 Mobility session held by YOURS team member.
12:00- 14:30 Lunch
14:30-17:00 Sled pull+ burpee broad jumps+walking lunges.
17:00- 18:00 Team Wod
18:00-19:30 Ice bath,sauna, showers
19:30- Closing dinner paella included by TLW.
