CLAY CLUB SUBMISSION FORM
Clay Club is an exhibition and sale of works produced by members of Verge’s clay community including clay lab regulars, instructors, and community ceramic artists we truly admire.

During the run of the Clay Club exhibition, participants are invited to submit their works created over the past year for purchase with 50-100% of all proceeds supporting Verge’s clay programs.

Prices are set by the artists; all sales are final and must take place in person.

IMPORTANT: Filling out this participation form confirms that you have read the description about Clay Club and understand everything stated in the description.

How do I join Clay Club?

Simply fill out a participation form prior to October 27th, 2025 to be included in our promotional material. We will contact you as the date gets closer.

When should I drop off my work?

We will begin collecting work on October 27th

Drop off deadline: November 26th

What can I submit?

This year Artists can submit an UNLIMITED AMOUNT of works. If you desire to add more to the exhibition after successful sales during the first weekend in December, you may talk to the Verge Education Coordinator about additional submissions. You are not limited to the type of work you submit, but your clay creations must be structurally sound and ready to install on shelves or hung on the wall. Verge reserves the right to reject any work that violates our community standards but other than that, bring us everything.

How should I price my work?

It’s up to you but if you need help with pricing, we can help! 50-100% of the final sale supports Verge’s clay programs.

Please have stickers on the work indicating the price when you drop off.

When should I pick up my unsold pieces?

You may pick-up any unsold pieces during gallery hours starting December 29th through January 6th (closed new year's eve and day): Thurs-Sat 11am-5pm, Sun 12-5pm. There will be an offical email after the exhibition for more pick-up information.

IMPORTANT: Any work that is left at Verge 30 days past the end of the exhibit, becomes the property of Verge. Abandoned clay objects could be contributed to future Verge fundraisers or disposed of at the organization’s discretion.
