Petition for Westwind Special Meting

PETITION TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF MEMBERS:
West Winds Homeowners Association
Pursuant to Montana Code Annotated § 35-2-525 We, the undersigned members of the West Winds HOA, representing not less than ten percent (10%) of the Association’s total voting power, hereby petition the Board of Directors to call a special meeting of the membership for the following purpose:

TO VOTE ON THE REMOVAL OF THE CURRENT WEST WINDS HOA BOARD AND TO ELECT SUCCESSORS TO SERVE THE REMAINDER OF THE UNEXPIRED TERMS.

This petition is made in accordance with Montana Code Annotated § 35-2-525, which grants members the right to call a special meeting when 10% or more of the voting power so request. We respectfully request that this meeting be scheduled in-person and noticed within 30 days of receipt of this petition. Notice should include the time, date, location, and full agenda of the meeting, and be provided to all voting members in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and applicable Montana law.
