    A mix of new themes + returning favorites! All markets are held at The Common Ground 220 N State Rd, Medina, OH. Application & Acceptance Details: Acceptance emails + invoices will be sent only if accepted. No rejection emails will be sent if you’re not selected! Invoices are due within 72 hours of receiving! Unpaid invoices = forfeited spot. Vendor setup will take place the morning of the market beginning at 7:30am. Apply for one or all markets! Applying for all doesn’t guarantee acceptance to all. Please review your schedule before applying & only apply if you’re available.

  • VENDOR & MAKER REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY

    The Common Ground never plans a Market with the intention of canceling it at a later date.  If there is a concern about whether a Market might have to be canceled, The Common Ground will make every effort to contact our vendor and makers ahead of time with all necessary information and next steps.  Canceling a Market at The Common Ground would happen ONLY under uncontrollable circumstances or if it is determined to be in the best interest and safety of any and all persons who may be in attendance.  Uncontrollable circumstances may include but are not limited to: extreme weather conditions, pandemics, gas leaks, water and/or power outages, local public health emergencies, city wide shut-downs, urgent safety matters, etc. In the chance that an event must be cancelled due to the factors above, all booth and vendor fees paid for the Market will be credited back to the vendor/maker for the 2025/2026 season. If a vendor/maker must cancel their participation in any Markets, the vendor/maker forfeits all costs and fees for the day. Trading or Selling of your booth to another business is not permitted. By signing below, you agree to all above terms and conditions.
  • VENDOR & MAKER CONTRACT

    The Common Ground thoughtfully curates a unique and talented vendor & maker line-up for each Market held. By signing below, you agree that ALL products you bring to each Market fall into place with the products listed in this application. You agree to market and advertise your businesses space at each Market with the proper marketing materials given to you in your acceptance email. You agree to staying the full allotted time of each Market, tearing down ONLY at the time listed above. You agree to set-up in the exact space assigned to you. You agree to take ALL products, tables ad chairs, marketing materials and trash with you at the end of each Market. Trash cans will be provided for you around the warehouse grounds. You agree to be lively and kind to all customers, as well as being proactive in networking, connecting and providing a great experience for shoppers and guests.     If accepted, we may use photos and information from your social media outlets to promote your business and the Market(s). Please be sure that the photos you are uploading are high resolution and aesthetic. Please do not submit any photos you wouldn't be comfortable having representing your business. If you are unable to submit photos, please send 2 booth setup and 5 product photos to jessielongtcg@gmail.com. Please include your name and business name in the subject line for reference. If you do not attach photos or send in an email, you are forfeiting your chances at being apart of any tcg markets.
