    SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (Summer Friday's off/on-call (details to be discussed). Must speak English and have a valid drivers license. Background check required. Job requires physical strength and mobility, ability to stand in heat and cold, applicant must be able to complete manual labor tasks, climbing ladders/stairs/heavy lifting/and more. On the job requirements include (but not limited to; mowing, painting, appliance repairs, general maintenance, assisting in construction projects. Applicant must be reliable and kind.
