*Gold, Silver and Bronze plans offer a discount on any additional systems at same location that are enrolled. Price is per system, all plans are plus tax.

*Heater Tune-Up* Includes an Electric or Gas Furnace Inspection. Limited time only. Only valid on electric or gas furnaces. Condenser inspection sold separately. Sold per unit.

Premier Membership is an annual, auto-renewing agreement. The Basic Tune-Up and Bronze Plan includes one (1) HVAC Inspection per contract year. The Silver and Gold Plans include two (2) HVAC Inspections per contract year with added member benefits and discounts. Any repairs, parts and labor are additional to contract price. Priority service is for repairs on component breakdowns only, other services may be scheduled as applicable. To cancel auto-renewal, contact our office 30-days prior to contract end date. Monthly payments are only eligible with a vaild credit card on file using autopay. Yearly paymemts are paid in full each renewal year at time of service. Tune-Up plan does not qualify for monthly payments, must be paid in full yearly. (See Full Terms & Conditions on our website here.)
