    Monthly Membership Program

    This form is required to complete your enrollment.
    Please read and fill out each section carefully.

    Membership Includes:
    • Two (2) live online training sessions each week via Google
    • Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays at 7:00 PM (Eastern)
    • Guided functional strength & mobility training from home
    • Support to build strength, stability, and longevity
    • Class recording are available to rewatch for 3 days

    Membership Rate:
    • $89 per month + tax (recurring MONTHLY subscription)

    Equipment Required:
    • One kettlebell (a single bell is enough for all sessions)

    By completing this form, you acknowledge that your membership is a monthly recurring subscription and agree to the policies and waivers that follow.

  • Choosing Your Kettlebell 
    For this program you’ll need one kettlebell. 


    Beginner recommendations:

    • Women: 8–12 kg (18–26 lb)

    • Men: 12–16 kg (26–35 lb)

     
    If you’ve trained before:

    • Women: 12–16 kg (26–35 lb)

    • Men: 16–20 kg (35–44 lb) 


    Choose a weight you can press overhead for ~5–8 reps with solid form. Start lighter if unsure; you can progress as you grow

  • Schedule & Access

    Live sessions are hosted via Google Meet on Mondays & Thursdays at 7:00 PM (Eastern).
    Please join 3–5 minutes early to test audio/video and clear your training space.
    Please keep your microphone muted unless you have questions or comments.
    Recorded videos are available for up to 3 days after each session.
    There is a WhatsApp group chat where workouts are shared in advance and updates are provided.


    Billing & Payments

     Memberships are billed monthly in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled.
    You will receive a recurring invoice via Square each month.
    Payments can be made:

    • Directly through your Square invoice (credit/debit card).

    • By e-transfer to: penczarnold@gmail.com.
    Payments must be received before access to live sessions is granted.
    No refunds are provided for missed classes or partial months.
      

    Cancellations

     Classes are not cancellable — the schedule is fixed (Mondays & Thursdays at 7:00 PM Eastern).
    Only monthly memberships can be cancelled, and you must notify GetThatCore before your next billing date to avoid auto-renewal.
    Once billed, memberships are non-refundable.
      

    Safety & Conduct 

    You are responsible for maintaining a safe training area and using suitable equipment (one kettlebell is required).
    Respectful conduct is expected in all sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal.
      

    Technology 

    You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and functional camera/microphone.
    Tech issues on the client side do not qualify for refunds.
     

  • Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

    I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I am enrolling in GetThatCore’s Monthly Membership Program. I understand that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, or unforeseen health complications. Get That Core is not responsible for any injuries or accidents to body or property.

    I confirm that:
    • I am physically able to participate in this program.
    • I have disclosed all relevant health information.
    • I assume full responsibility for my health and safety during training.

    By signing below, I release and hold harmless GetThatCore, its trainers, and affiliates from liability for any injury, accident, or damages resulting from participation in this monthly membership program.
