    1. Please read the camp information before filling in the form.
    2. Camp is open to Revival Fellowship members and their invited guests.
    3. This application is for ONE room. If you are sharing that room, put everyone on this application. BUT if you are booking more than one room, do a different form for the other room.
    4. If different catering options are required by members of your group, note that in special requests and we will contact you to confirm your fees. 
    5. Speak with your local pastor if you need support to be able to come.

  • *1 WWVP Is a 'Working with Vulnerable People' (ACT) or 'Working with children' (NSW) card that is now required by our insurer for anyone that will be helping or working with children at the camp. 

    *2 Special diet Unfortunately 'exclusion diets' such as low carb are not able to be provided. We suggest you bring your own food to supplement the catering if needed.

  • When you submit this form your card will be debited. You will be emailed with a reminder and link to pay your balance by two weeks before camp.

  • 1: Bookings are not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid - 10% minimum is requested. 

    2: 10% deposit is due Mon 24 Nov and full fees by Fri 19 Dec.

    3: Cancellations after 20 December will forfeit the full amount. (We have to provide final numbers to the camp at that time). If it is possible to have someone else take your accommodation you will be refunded.

    4: Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If your accommodation request is no longer available, we will contact you to advise what is still available and whether you are OK to change.
