By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Submission Does Not Guarantee Placement

Submitting a guest application does not guarantee an invitation or appearance on Legacy Shift with Trena Ratto (the “Podcast”). All applications are reviewed and considered at the sole discretion of Trena Ratto and/or her team.

2. Guest Selection & Scheduling

Approved applicants will be contacted only if their message, expertise, or testimony aligns with the Podcast’s vision and values and/or when an interview spot becomes available. If selected, you may be invited to schedule an interview at a mutually agreed-upon time.

3. Content Review & Editing

You understand and agree that the Podcast episode may be edited for clarity, length, quality, and alignment with the Podcast’s purpose. Trena Ratto reserves the right to determine what content is included, shortened, or removed, and final publishing decisions are at her sole discretion.

4. Faith & Belief Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that guest interviews may include personal beliefs, opinions, teachings, or experiences that do not necessarily reflect or fully align with Trena Ratto’s biblical views or doctrinal beliefs. Participation as a guest does not imply endorsement of all viewpoints shared by the guest.

5. Professional Conduct

You agree to communicate respectfully and professionally throughout the scheduling and recording process. Trena Ratto reserves the right to decline, cancel, or discontinue an interview at any time if conduct or content is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or misaligned with the Podcast’s standards.
