After submitting this form, an estimate will be sent to your email for review and approval before any deposit or work begins. Once approved, we’ll provide a design proof showing colors, elements, cut lines, and shapes. No project will be printed or shipped until you’ve approved the final design.

Terms and Conditions

For projects over $250, a 50% deposit is required and will be applied toward the final balance. Full payment is due at pickup or before delivery. Projects will not be released or delivered until payment is received unless prior arrangements have been made.

Proofs are crucial for reviewing layout, dimensions, spelling, grammar, specifics, and color choices. Once a proof is approved, Extreme Realities Design is not responsible for inspected items. Any errors requiring reprints will be the customer’s responsibility.

Proofs are digital representations and may not match the final product’s color or print quality exactly. Digital RGB colors typically appear brighter on screens than the printed CMYK product. Printed color samples are available upon request before final production.
