By entering this event, you, as the entrant, acknowledge that you are authorized to act on behalf of both yourself and any other
UK Agility International (UKI) members who will participate under your entry and you agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk & Liability
The exhibitor/owner certifies that any and all dogs brought to the facility, whether participating or not, do not pose a hazard to persons, dogs, or property. The exhibitor/owner assumes full responsibility, liability, and any resulting expenses for any damages caused by their dog(s).
UK Agility International (UKI), UK Agility Ltd, their agents, officers, associates and members shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, claims, demands, or liabilities involving your dog, yourself, or any third-party equipment. You agree to
indemnify and hold harmless UKI and its representatives (including the club/group/ trial organizers, show management) from any claims, including legal fees, arising from injury or damages caused during participation in any event or training.
2. Hazards & Safety
The exhibitor/owner acknowledges all potential hazards associated with the training facility, event, and premises, including but not limited to:
The condition of the grounds; Lighting and security measures (or lack thereof); Electrical appliances and fittings; Parking areas and fencing; The potential for a dog to escape from the training or competition area; The presence of unfamiliar animals and people; The presence of other dogs; Agility equipment; Course design and course set up; The possibility of another ill animal or your own getting ill. The exhibitor and owner assume the risk of any harm arising from any and all of these including allowing their dogs to run wearing collars, stop pad protectors, bitch in season pants, or any similar items.
By entering, you voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with these hazards and any other potential hazards not listed.
All participants must exercise caution, monitor their dogs, and clean up after themselves and their animals.
3. Conduct & Enforcement
UK Agility International reserves the right to:
• Excuse any participant for what it deems excessive harshness toward a dog and for behavior considered aggressive or abusive toward another person or dog.
• Revoke, suspend, or ban any entry or membership at its sole discretion if deemed necessary to protect the interests of UK Agility and any of its associates, agents, officers, or members.
Participation in UKI events, including membership, is a privilege, not a right. UK Agility International has full authority to impose suspensions or bans without prior notice.
4. Rules & Regulations
By entering, you agree to comply with all UK Agility International Rules & Regulations, including any amendments. Additionally, you confirm that:
• You will not bring any dog that has been knowingly exposed to an infectious or contagious disease within 21 days prior to the event.
• To the best of your knowledge, your dog is not subject to disqualification under UK Agility International Show Regulations.
• You accept full responsibility for you and your dogs’ own safety and participation.
