Leasing Professional of the Year (1 - 250 Units)
Must have at least one year of experience in the multifamily industry.
No professional designation required.

Must have at least one year of experience in the multifamily industry.

Rookie Leasing Professional of the Year (1 - 250 Units)
Must have less than one year of experience in the multifamily industry.

Assistant Property Manager of the Year (1 - 250 Units)
Must have at least one year of experience in the multifamily industry.

Maintenance Supervisor of the Year (1 - 250 Units)
Must have at least six months of experience in the multifamily industry.

Regional Maintenance Supervisor of the Year
Must oversee at least three properties, supervising 100 or more units.
Must have at least two years of experience in their current role.
Regional Property Manager of the Year
For regional managers who oversee multiple properties and demonstrate leadership and operational excellence.
Supplier Partner of the Year
Honoring a supplier partner who has provided outstanding service to the multifamily industry.
Volunteer of the Year
Nominee must be employed by a company that is an active member of the Arkansas Apartment Association (AAA). The nominee should be a supplier serving the multifamily industry with a minimum of one year of experience in their current role.
Rising Star Award
For professionals with less than two years of experience who have demonstrated significant potential.
Community of the Year (Affordable Housing)
Celebrating the best affordable housing community for its management and resident satisfaction.
Community of the Year (Luxury)
Recognizing luxury properties that stand out for resident satisfaction, amenities, and management.
Renovated Property of the Year
Recognizing properties that stand out for stellar reservations, resident satisfaction, amenities, and management.
Outstanding Team Award
Honoring an onsite team that works together to deliver outstanding results and resident satisfaction. Team must include 2+ maintenance team members.
Community Impact Award
For individuals or teams making a significant positive impact in their community through volunteerism or social initiatives.
