1. Lesson Confirmation: Once you have completed your payment, our team will reach out to you within 3 business days to confirm your class dates. This payment confirms your participation in our educational program. 課程確認: 完成付款後，我們的團隊將在 3 個工作天內與您聯繫以確認您的課程日期。這付款確認您參與我們的教育計畫。
2. Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the scheduled classes, we will make every effort to reschedule your participation within the availability of our courses. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to discuss rescheduling options. 3. Lesson Materials: Any required materials for the class will be provided on the first day of the course unless otherwise specified. These materials are included in the course fee. 4. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to adhere to our code of conduct, which promotes a positive and respectful learning environment. This includes punctuality, active participation, respect for instructors and fellow participants, and adherence to the facility’s rules. 5. Privacy Policy: Your personal data will be used for the purposes related to the participation in different programmes and activities, the issuance of receipts, collecting user feedback and conducting analyses. We may send any promotional news and information related to the programmes, activities, courses and services of the Teacher Rescue and its service units to you using the contact information you have provided. If you do not wish to receive the promotional news and information related to the Teacher Rescue Limited and its service units, you may indicate your objection to the representative anytime. Please note that it is mandatory for you to provide personal data marked with asterisks (*). 6. Health and Safety: For in-person classes, we adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe learning environment per the government requirements. Participants are expected to comply with any relevant health protocols, including mask-wearing, social distancing, and sanitation measures. 7. Liability Waiver: By participating in our program, you agree we shall not be liable to any Applicant or Student for any direct (including loss of profit), indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with any Course or any other service provided by Teacher Rescue Limited, or the use of Teacher Rescue Limited centre or website. 責任豁免：透過參與我們的計劃，您同意我們不對任何申請人或學生因 Teacher Rescue Limited 提供的任何課程或任何其他服務引起的或與之相關的任何直接（包括利潤損失）、間接或後果性損失承擔責任，或使用教師救援有限公司中心或網站。
8. Photo and Video Consent: We may take photos or videos during the classes for promotional purposes. By attending our classes, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
