TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.) BEFORE WE BEGIN
To begin crafting your personalized training program, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at least 7 days prior to Day 1. This advance payment secures your spot and allows time for strategic planning, intake review, and program design.
2.) RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Requests made less than 24 hours prior will be treated as cancellations and charged in full. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by the trainer but not guaranteed.
3.) CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure fairness and respect for both our time, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. Exceptions may only be considered for emergencies, at the trainer’s discretion.
4.) COACHING COMPLIANCE
To ensure optimal results and uphold the integrity of your personalized program, clients are expected to follow all training, nutrition, and recovery protocols as outlined by the coach. This policy protects your investment and ensures the coaching process remains effective, safe, and results-driven
