  • Retainer Fee

    For all craft services, a 20% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure the service. The remaining balance may be paid at pick-up/drop-off.

     


    Bookings

    Please provide us with one week minimum to book your service. Any last minute inquiries will include a $10 additional charge.


     

    Social Media

    You allow me the permission to post any and all crafts on my social media page. If you do not want the item posted, please feel free to send me a message at the time of booking or during pick-up/delivery.

     


    Delivery

    If delivery is needed, there will be an additional delivery fee. You may request to pick up the item as well, we can coordinate a pick-up time if requested.

     


    Refunds

    Due to the personalized nature of these items and the presentation of a mock-up prior to production, we are unable to offer refunds.
