  • BROADCAST LICENSE AGREEMENT
    Brand Builders Radio (BBRadio) and Affiliates

    This Broadcast License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Brand Builders Network (BBN), Brand Builders Radio (“BBRadio”), LVL UP!, PlayMe Podcast, The MIC Club, Black Rose Awards, SoulStreet In The Cut and IME Enterprises, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and related media entities (collectively, “Station”), and the undersigned client, artist, or rights holder (“Licensor”).

     1. Grant of License
    Licensor grants Station a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to broadcast, promote, advertise, and otherwise use Licensor’s submitted music, podcasts, advertisements, or related works (“Content”) during Station’s free airplay rotation and promotional programming.

    5. What We Do
    We agree to play your music, podcast, or content in our free airplay rotation.
    We may also promote or advertise your work via our websites and social media channels as part of our programming. We decide when and how often your content plays.

    6. What You Agree To
    You promise that you own the rights to your content or have permission to share it.
    You allow us to use it on-air without charging us or expecting traditional royalties.

    7. PRO Reporting
    BBRadio does not report to performing rights organizations like ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or SoundExchange. We use a third party servicer to provide such services under a Blanket License for use. This means you may or may not not receive traditional royalty payments from airplay on BBRadio.

    8. BBRadio Reporting System
    BBRadio has exclusive use and rights to the BBN Digital Radio Tracker program.
    This program helps track plays, provides weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, and calculate BBRadio custom royalty points to selected royalty program members.

    *A Paid Membership is required to receive BBRadio royalty payouts.

    9. Protection for BBRadio
    You agree that BBRadio and its affiliates can’t be sued over your content.
    This includes issues like copyright disputes, defamation, or problems with third parties.

    10. Our Right to Stop Airplay
    We can stop playing your content at any time if it causes problems or risks for us.

    11. No Guarantees

    Free airplay is a courtesy.
    We don’t and will not guarantee any specific number of song plays, sales, exposure, or success.

    Acknowledgment & Acceptance
    By signing below, Licensor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Broadcast License Agreement.

  • Referral Agreement

    This agreement is between Brand Builders Network (BBN) and its affiliates (Brand Builders Radio, LVL UP!, PlayMe Podcast, The MIC Club, Black Rose Awards, and IME Enterprises) and the Client.

    1. Permission
    The Client gives BBN and its affiliates permission to use their name, image, brand, and business information to promote, advertise, and share publicly worldwide. This includes creating content, marketing, and outreach to generate engagement, sales, partnerships, and exposure.

    2. Referral Fee
    If BBN or its affiliates introduce the Client to someone and that introduction leads to a deal, sale, or partnership, the Client agrees to pay BBN a 10% referral fee based on the value of that deal.

    3. Term
    This agreement stays in place until either party ends it in writing. Any deals already made through BBN introductions are still subject to the referral fee.

    4. Independent Relationship
    This agreement does not create a partnership or employment relationship.
